Develop a sustaining corps of volunteers for greater collaboration between ECN and other Episcopal dioceses, congregations, and individuals to share their mutual gifts.

• Recruit and organize dioceses and congregations across the Church to exchange mission groups to/from ECN and encourage Navajo groups to participate in other activities of the Church.
• Plan and publish documents, e.g., flyers and solicitation materials for membership and donations.
• Help to provide mission trip support for visitors and work groups during summer, e.g., support staff in organizing hospitality, learning opportunities.
• Publish guidance for those considering mission trips and pilgrimages to ECN.
• Provide teachings and other resources for missioners who visit Navajoland, e.g., Cathlena Plummer’s study on the similarity of Navajo and Celtic spirituality, the similarity of Christian and Navajo beliefs, images, stories/parables, Creation story and Blessingway.
• Develop a self-guided multi-day “ECN Road Trip” itinerary to showcase the Episcopal Church’s work in Navajoland and Navajo culture and spirituality, e.g., Four Sacred Mountains, ECN missions.
• Offer guided trips for a fee.
